اِذَا زُلْزِلَتِ الْاَرْضُ زِلْزَالَهَا

About Surah Az-Zalzalah
Eight ayahs on the Day of Judgement, taking their name from the first: the earth shaken with its final earthquake (99:1). It is listed as Madinan. Short as it is, it holds to one scene from beginning to end rather than moving between topics, and it never turns aside to address any particular group.
The earth throws out its burdens and man asks what is wrong with it (99:2, 99:3). The answer is unexpected: on that Day the earth will report its news, because its Lord inspired it to do so (99:4, 99:5). People then come out in separate groups to be shown their deeds (99:6). It closes on the two lines almost every Muslim can recite from memory: whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, and whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it (99:7, 99:8). Nothing is added after that, and nothing needs to be.
بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
99:2
وَاَخْرَجَتِ الْاَرْضُ اَثْقَالَهَا
And the earth discharges its burdens
99:3
وَقَالَ الْاِنْسَانُ مَا لَهَا
And man says, "What is [wrong] with it?" -
99:4
یَوْمَىِٕذٍ تُحَدِّثُ اَخْبَارَهَا ۟ؕ
That Day, it will report its news
99:5
بِاَنَّ رَبَّكَ اَوْحٰی لَهَا ۟ؕ
Because your Lord has inspired [i.e., commanded] it.
99:6
یَوْمَىِٕذٍ یَّصْدُرُ النَّاسُ اَشْتَاتًا ۙ۬ لِّیُرَوْا اَعْمَالَهُمْ ۟ؕ
That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds.
99:7
فَمَنْ یَّعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَیْرًا یَّرَهٗ ۟ؕ
So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it,
99:8
وَمَنْ یَّعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا یَّرَهٗ
And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it.
