Surah Al-Ma'un

اَرَءَیْتَ الَّذِیْ یُكَذِّبُ بِالدِّیْنِ ۟ؕ 1

Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense?

فَذٰلِكَ الَّذِیْ یَدُعُّ الْیَتِیْمَ 2

For that is the one who drives away the orphan

وَلَا یَحُضُّ عَلٰی طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِیْنِ ۟ؕ 3

And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.

فَوَیْلٌ لِّلْمُصَلِّیْنَ 4

So woe to those who pray

الَّذِیْنَ هُمْ عَنْ صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُوْنَ 5

[But] who are heedless of their prayer -

الَّذِیْنَ هُمْ یُرَآءُوْنَ 6

Those who make show [of their deeds]

وَیَمْنَعُوْنَ الْمَاعُوْنَ 7

And withhold [simple] assistance.
