اِنَّاۤ اَعْطَیْنٰكَ الْكَوْثَرَ ۟ؕ
Indeed, We have granted you, [O Muḥammad], al-Kawthar.

About Surah Al-Kawthar
At ten words across three ayahs, this is the shortest surah in the Quran, and it was given at a point of loss rather than gain. Kawthar means abundance, something given in great quantity. A hadith in Muslim records the Prophet, peace be upon him, describing it as a river he was granted in Paradise. The Makkan setting matters: his infant sons had died, and opponents were using that against him, since a man with no surviving son was reckoned to have no future.
The first ayah states the gift as already made (108:1), in the past tense, before any of the consolation is explained. The second asks for the response to it: pray to your Lord and offer sacrifice (108:2), the two acts the Makkans directed to their idols, now directed to one address. The last ayah returns the insult by turning the word round. Whoever called him cut off is the one who is cut off (108:3). It is worth noticing how little room the reply is given. One ayah, and the surah is finished.
بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
108:2
فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَانْحَرْ ۟ؕ
So pray to your Lord and offer sacrifice [to Him alone].
108:3
اِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ الْاَبْتَرُ
Indeed, your enemy is the one cut off.
